Event – Violence Against Women and Health: Data for Public Policies

In March 2023, Vital Strategies and the School of Public Health of the University of São Paulo (USP) joined with partners to hold a debate on the production and use of data to address violence against women and girls from a public health perspective. The event’s program covered exclusive national and municipal data on the trajectory of women and girls who have been victims of violence by pairing data from the Brazilian health system. It also covered brand new studies from five other Latin American and African countries.
